Apparently given William Sanders’ horrible behavior, several authors published in Helix have decided to post their work online for free with the intention of giving us a way to view their stories without supporting the editor from hell. It’s called Transcriptase (discovered it from SF Signal).
Give it a look. You might find some nice stories there (I can almost guarantee you will as there are some good authors there).
